Baptism

Baptism is something wonderful that God gives us for free.  Therefore Immanuel Lutheran church loves to be part of sharing God's gift of baptism with the world freely.  Following baptism, young children are then enrolled in our cradle roll program.

If you are interested in having yourself or a child baptized, please contact the church anytime.

Baptism was given to us by Jesus when he said, "Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you." (Matthew 28:19)  By baptism God works on a person's heart by the Holy Spirit and gives them a new life and places them in God's hand as his children.  To learn more about baptism contact Immanuel or enroll in a Bible class.

Cradle Roll

Cradle roll is our program of caring for young children after their baptism until they are 4 years old.  Parents and children will receive spiritual booklets helping parents understand their role in raising Christian children., a children's Bible, and various items that are useful in helping little children grow in Jesus.
